Velvet Hands And Tongue My Madness by Linda Imbler

The 5 a.m. you,
that’s the one I crave.

In earliest dawn,
we enjoy precious passion,
and appreciate the introduction
of any new bend,
or the latest exchanged accounting
of our biggest imagination,
the production of
suitable noise,
that convenient particular
we sing with delirium
in our cuddly background.
And after a morning of earth moving,
and several regenerate sessions of intimacy,
I will nestle close to you
in such a heartfelt, adoring way,
and return your imperial crown.
You will once again be coronated
as my beloved,
that title most dearly won.
