Information Gap by Gary Beck

Information Gap by Gary Beck

The daily news
gets grimmer
shaped by the media
dutifully obeying
capitalist masters,
shaping the minds
of readers, viewers,
insidious intents
to promote indifference
to current events,
easily displaced
by daily concerns
for jobs, homes,
an ominous future.
