Haiku Anthology by Alyson Rewick

Knife-sharp wind slices
Leaf daggers dance on the breeze
Cold cuts through my coat

Rain procrastinates
Shivering universes
Reborn in the yard

Spring becomes summer:
An infant rabbit grabs a
Leaf it could not reach

6:30 sunset
Poignant reminder: like life,
Summer too will end.
