Eating And Shitting by Pijush Kanti Deb

Eating And Shitting

In the modern time of eating and shitting,
a creative eater and shitter
feels himself like a valetudinarian
eating a sky of stony stars
and drinking an ocean of salty water
in the name of mere experience
but starts suffering from constipation-
caused by an unknown virus-
immortal and available
in all innovative socio-economic experiences
making a white open and blank field
superfluous to the restricted shitter
who can shit only a tail
storing the body inside
hiding from the watchful eyes
knowing the nature of the homogeneous eyes
sitting in the front,
and the unmindful heterogeneous hearts
standing in the rear
in combining their hands together
for giving a big hand-
a non-stop reverberating clapping-
some with the exploration of honey
and some only in the name of formality.
